The Speaker stated that without objection the following, which had             
been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2496), would be held            
to the March 16, 2000, calendar:                                               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 313                                                            
"An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                   
expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                 
program; and providing for an effective date."
